Absolutely love these romantic western stories. You just end up being immersed in the characters that you come to like and feel for when things are not going right, especially Hannah in this story. Hannah has recently lost here husband and with a baby on the way she is doing her best. Her brother-in-law is harassing her to marry him so that he can get the land off his brother. But this will also be determined as when Hannah has the baby if it’s a boy it will inherit the land and property not her. We follow the story with danger surrounding Hannah and Eli a gunslinger who has come to help her with the property, which is also putting Eli in danger too.

Will they be able to finally resolve this problem with the brother-in-law or will this go on for years and years. Hannah doesn’t know if she can stand it any longer.

Loved this read, it definitely won’t be my last read by this author roll on to the next in this series, hurry up please!
