Summary

Greg and Julian need to make a choice—die in the tornado that’s sucked them up in their van, or agree to hunt monsters in a world full of magic and levels and, oh yeah…monsters.

The two frat bros may be master ghost hunters to their podcast listeners, but they never expected their antics to be taken seriously by a goddess in another dimension. And since when are ghosts the same as monsters?

Awkward.

But when the other option is certain death, it seems like it’s worth giving it the old college try.

The Grim Guys is danger and adventure and buddy comedy at its best. Go deeper into the world of Vuldranni—and into an entirely different empire—in the latest series from Eric Ugland.

Great book, but very short

Good characters and well written story, it's slow which is fine but wheres the rest? I feel like we are getting shirt changed with such short books. Also Greg can turn water to ice, he should be able to kill almost anything with thar spell and he'd a scientist so really should no that, instead he's making blocks of ice I the sky?

Uglands Voldrani makes me smile

I really like Uglands Voldrani, all series that tales place in his isekai style world is enjoyable, fun and epic in their own way.

It is feelgood fantasy abundant with references and comedy just bad enough to be fun.

Eric and Neil delivering yet again!

The amazing stories writen by Eric and made alive by Neil are some of the best RPG stories ever made and this was no exception, a bit of a slow but good start to a sidestory in the world of voldrani to be explored from a diffrent part and level of the world. Can't wait for the next part to see where this one takes us! Keep it up Eric!

Good but limited

Writing and narration is top notch as always but this is just half a story. It even says end of part 1 at the end of the book. It would have been nice if that had been added to the blurb but in general, as much as I love Eric Uglands writing, the limited scope of many of the recent books is becoming a bit wearisome. Still worth getting but I feel like at some point it might not be anymore.
