Critic reviews

“This book is required for all my classes. The more I use this book, the more I believe that unresolved grief is the major underlying issue in most people’s lives. It is the only work of its kind that I know of that outlines the problem and provides the solution.” (Bernard McGrane, Ph.D., Professor of Sociology, Chapman University)

Essential for healing heartbreak

Everyone should know about this book.

The Grief Recovery Method can provide immediate relief and support for people struggling with the complex aftermath of loss, especially bereavement and divorce, but it’s much more than that.

We all experience multiple losses in life in the areas of relationships, pets, career, health, home, finance and faith which cause a grief response and each additional loss compounds those that went before it. Rarely do we stop to think about how these unresolved traumas are affecting us on a daily basis and depleting the energy we have for all the things we want to accomplish in life.

If you were physically bleeding out, how long would you wait before getting help to stem the blood? If your heart is bleeding love, The Grief Recovery Method will stem the blood by supporting you to resolving the losses in your past and present, freeing up your energy to focus on what brings you joy and satisfaction.

You can just read the book and work through if alone, although it’s helpful do seek out an experienced specialist (griefrecoverymethod.com) who you work through it with, either 1-1 or in a group. But regardless of how you do it, the important thing is you do it, because it will free you up and change your life!
