Maggie Parker is an Elemental learning to make magic. After a showdown with Simon Wesley, it’s clear she’s running out of time. Nothing is going as planned. Did she just turn a mouse into a corgi? Magic is a lot more complicated than she realized.

Maggie has to find the magic compass and rescue an old friend who may hold the answers. Did I mention she’s living on borrowed time? The quest could fix it all.

A Godwin Knight has joined Maggie and Bernie, swearing to protect the newest Elemental on her journey, but Maggie needs to figure out whom she can trust, including that tall drink of water, Jake. She needs a plan and fast.

Will she find the other four Elementals in time to gather the necessary ancient tools?

Maggie's growing into her powers, although she does make a teeny tiny mistake when practicing - she now has a douse or mog (whichever you prefer) - she accidentally turned a mouse into a dog lol.

Simon's growing stronger and Mother Earth has realised Maggie shouldn't be there and tries to reclaim her to balance the numbers.

Great story, can't wait for the next one.
