Surprisingly cute little story. Good bit of spice. Came across it by accident but I now want to read the rest of the series. Really well written, decent plot

Mostly sweet, but it was a little heavy on the angst at certain points.

I wasn't a fan of the getting pregnant plot of the story, because it made the FMC a really unsympathetic character & callous, IMO.

Her husband is infertile, so instead of considering adoption or fostering, she both blames him & shames him by refusing to even consider adoption & then keeps making both their lives hell by bemoaning the fact that they don't have children... make it make sense 🤦‍♀️

I liked both the male characters & I liked how they all always came together to support each other whenever one of them was going through something...

This polyamory (mmf, mfm, mm, mf, with sword crossing), age gap (she's his boss and he's the professor, they're married and both fall for this 18 year old). There is tension and yearning, plus all the sadness and drama related to the fertility issues and marital problems. Their families and friends are oddly super cool with their triad. The smex was really hot. But, despite having a good time and enjoying this, I really disliked the fmc ( she's too whinny)
Narration is very good, both did a great job interpreting these characters. Free on plus catalogue audible.
