Chapter 6 was a great chapter as it helped me to find where my customers may be looking for a potential business that meets the needs they are looking for and then learning how to start raking in all those important reviews to ensure when people see my business, they knew I would be a solid choice. The chapter broke everything down to keep it simple. Not saying the task itself will be easy, but the concept is and I am excited to start the process.
