Summary
Mallory Estate is the last place 12-year-old Piper Peavey wants to spend her summer vacation. The grounds are always cold, the garden out back is dead, a mysterious group of children call the property home, and there’s a rumor that Melena M. Really amazing!
I really enjoyed this book! It has been one of my favourites so far, the narration was REALLY good as well as the story!
I think there should be a sequel as it is so good! It is full of adventure and magic

gripping, deep and imaginative
as an adult who enjoys children's books, this one was particularly good. I wanted to keep listening to find out what would happen. magical!

enchanting yet comforting
this story is a very magical and comforting because it has sad parts, funny parts. I personally think it is good for all ages but definately best for ages 6-14 years old.
