Summary

With three degrees and the highest measured IQ in the Motherlands, Shelly Summers knows that she's socially awkward. It doesn't bother her since as the head engineer for Advances Technologies she has little time for social interactions anyway.

When she learns that one of the testers for the sex-bots her company manufactures is her old crush, Marco, she's curious to see if he'll recognize her now that she's 10 years older and no longer has bushy eyebrows and a bad case of acne.

A normal person would have said something when Marco doesn't recognize her from his past. A normal person would definitely have said something when he mistakes her for an advanced sex robot and thinks his job is to do a test run.

Things are about to get very awkward for this genius....

Contains mature themes.

My favorite of the series.

This was the best of the series because Shelly and Marcos story was funny, sweet and steamy. There wasn’t too much angst and Marco actually realized his feelings, which is a huge step for the Nmen. Shelley is very quirky but she’s genuine and doesn’t have an agenda, so that was refreshing too! She was definitely naive but she is also sheltered and not interested in life outside of her bubble so that’s kind of expected I guess. Marco is very masculine but sweet which is sooo sexy!! 😍

Another great installment this series

Loved Marco and Shellys story. It was funny, romantic, and steamy. There was some angst, but not too much to take away from the story. The only thing I didn't like, and it wasn't something that I would have given a lower rating on, is that the author, in parts made Marco sound immature. I noticed it in Magnis book too. I love the stories and the characters they bring to life. I hope Elin Peer will give a story to more of the main characters. The narrators were awesome. They definitely made the audio visual story come to life.

Love Shelley but Marco falls flat

*SPOILER*

I really liked Shelley although I agree with Marco that their first experience could be considered rape. However Marco is quick to forgive. I did find him immature and whinny.

However Shelley is hilarious and was easily mistaken as a sex bot. I was laughing out loud. All in all it was a good book. I recommend it.

Keep them coming!

Sometimes it feels like this is where the world is actually headed. Equally scary and amusing. "The Genius" and "The Protector" are my favorites in the series so far. They're all good though, very funny and entertaining. If you enjoy a good ugly duckling story like I do definitely give this one a chance.

Get real this is why woman have problems now!

I mean get real this book was about a woman who wanted her childhood crush and the first thing she does is have sex and let put his di**** in her mouth, and gave him everything he wanted but nothing for herself. This is why woman have problems now, with some woman telling men they will be submissive and be his sex robot without saying no. It’s like he just shit on her and she was told to like. I think the author needs to think about her role as a woman and how woman men or maybe she is just mimicking how she was treated. I think this author needs help because she doesn’t understand a woman’s needs and it’s not to run back to oppression on your knees.
