So good imma buy twice
I’m in a 6 year relationship and when I tell you this has got me feeling so confident within my relationship and just I’m general. This has helped me with job interviews and public speaking and just plain putting myself out there. I’m naturally an anxious homebody and I’ve just moved cities so naturally some of these things don’t come easy to me but I relate so much to Pricilla, being a young mum myself (also and infp) and found tangible stages of growth to align with in her story. Well done Shan 👑👑👑

Meaningful read
I loved this book, Shan gives you an easy to follow guide to introspection and plenty of science-backed information and tips on everything else. These are ‘taught’ through telling the story of her real life case study with several women and their dating (and life) journeys.
Definitely a must read, and you MUST follow it up with the workbook on her website. I’ve shared it with family and friends and everyone has had ‘aha’ moments about themselves, even people who’ve been happily married for 30 years. It is especially useful for pinpointing and identifying things about yourself you perhaps just had a vague feeling about before. My core takeaway from the book is that once you have these realisations, only then do you know what you’re looking for and how to articulate what you want, or even just be able to explain yourself clearly to others.
A big fan of Shan and now Jared’s podcast too as a result of this book!

Absolutely Love! - Educational Fun & Life Changing

loved the concept, the highlight of self love that it gives you and the practical applications (although aimed at women) are a stark reminder to have self confidence in 2020 dating.

Everything you need
i absolutely loved this audiobook. i need to get the hard copy to have in my house. I really enjoyed the journeys each person took and I loved all the tips and trick to try. Now i just need to do the work for myself.

I love how this book was focused on self discovery and acceptance. It opened my eyes to the root cause of my issues which was not loving myself . After finishing this book i feel like a changed person and I am ready to use these skills to better my self and future choices. What a book!!
This book was recommended to me by a friend and I absolutely loved it. I never understood why I was always overlooked and somebody else was chosen... Well that was the story in my head.
