Summary

Logan Andrews grew up with a player for a father and no mother by the age of 11. Learning everything from his father, he saw women as pawns in the sex games he played. He quickly learned after becoming financially successful that sex games were not going to be satisfying. He used women to fill the gap he had when he lost the only woman that meant anything to him.

If he wanted to be happy with his life, he needed to learn how to love again. When he meets Gia Osborn, those feelings start to interrupt his life in a way he can’t control. The problem is with the friends he has surrounded himself with, he was going to run into more trouble than he was expecting.

Gia Osborn was always the submissive one but was forced to play a more forceful role in her life. She needed to be demanding if she was going to make it on her own. A messy divorce sent her parents in opposite directions, leaving her alone to fend for herself.

She grew up quickly from the age of 16 and taught herself how to be successful. She didn’t need anyone in her life. When Logan Andrews shows up, despite the warnings from those around her, she is immediately drawn to him, and she lets her guard down.

Is this a mistake? Will she just be another pawn in Logan’s games, or will they show each other how to love without remorse?

Men and their games

This short is about men and their silly games. Playing who can get the most phone numbers is something that Logan has grown out of. When he meets Gia, a woman he wants to have a relationship with though, will his jealous friends let them have their time?Their love was fast and furious, but will it stand up to the pranks? I was and still am a little skeptical of this book. It is just long and immature enough to make you remember just how men can be when they are out and together. It also gives us a glimpse of how people you think are your friends may try and sabotage any good that you may have. All in all, the story is mediocre and the narration moderate.

No depth of feeling

I'm not a big fan of romance audio books that are only read by one person. Be it a man or woman, the opposite sex always comes across as wrong.
The narrator in this one had absolutely no depth of feeling and I was really glad when it ended.
The story itself was ok, but the narration really did detract from the overall experience.
