Summary

Michael Vey is missing, and it's up to the Electroclan to find him in this electrifying seventh installment of the New York Times best-selling series!

The final book in the Michael Vey series opens with the Electroclan facing a devastating loss: Michael is missing. He made the ultimate sacrifice to save his friends, and now he's gone. What is next for them and the revolution?

The battle on the island of Hades ended with a devastating explosion that left the island a smoking ruin and much of Hatch's army dead. However, Hatch survived, and while his plans have certainly suffered a setback, he's more determined than ever to bring the world's governments under his control. But first he wants to wipe out the Resistance and capture the remaining members of the Electroclan.

As Hatch's forces storm into action, it seems nothing can stand in their way. The Electroclan is divided. The voice is captured, and Michael's mother is being used as bait to lure the leader of the Resistance out of hiding. Can anything - or anyone - stop the Elgen? Or is this the end?

Fabulous ending to a great series.

I have followed this series since its beginning. My entire family has loved growing up with the adventures of Michael and the Electro Clan. It's especially great for demonstrating that being different (which everyone is in some way) rocks. It's all in your attitude about it.

Unsurprising but thoroughly enjoyable

All the electro-clan are mourning Michael's death in the battle at Hades. And there appear to be other people willing to give up the kids to the El-Gen. It's a roller coaster ride of fight and flight, success and failure. In the midst of all this emotion, Dr. Hatch captures everyone and it looks as if he will finally triumph! Ooh, he is such a bad, bad man.

There are some surprise reunions (that aren't really any surprise at all) and a few fine battles. The kids have a grown up a lot through all these struggles. It's a great ending to the entire saga. We can only wish there were more.

what a great way to end this series.

I started this series as something that I read to my son, but it was me who couldn't wait to finish the series. It was definitely great for any age.

The first 6 books were great this one was not good

I really struggled to finish. The story really tanks in this book. Very unfortunate. I really wish i could have written a better review.

MUCH DISAPPOINTMENT

Since when do heroes get to become judge, jury, and executioner! That is vigilantism! It is also murder! Richard Paul Evans, you turned our hero, Michael Vey, into a murderer!
