I enjoyed listening to this and I'm going to give it a try. must admit that after finishing the book I wondered if we just get sucked in by all these different techniques. maybe we would be better off just taking a few quite minutes a day to listen to our thoughts.

This book answered so many questions that I had arising out of Zero Limits and At Zero. Thoughtful and well-structured questions put Dr Joe, brilliantly and elaborately answered by Inspiration. I loved it.

I have listened to most of Joe's books and programmes over the last 15 + years. Whilst i have felt there is always rather a lot of repetition in each subsequent listen, i have enjoyed them. This one disappointed. It basically reviewed everything he has taught over these years on the subject. I thought that the magical 5th phrase would be something that came from the origins of the subject with a history of usage over many years with validating stories and evidence. Instead it turns out to be something that came to the author as " inspiration". I may be over sceptical but so much of this book/interview lacked authenticity for me.
I appreciate others may feel different and everyone should listen and make up their own mind.
I would point out this is the first negative review i have given Joe and i have been honest in my comments.
