This honestly really improved my sleeping so much. I was getting about 2 hours a night and after reading this I started sleeping 5 or 6 which is a HUGE improvement

wonderful! If you can tolerate and be understanding when the author is patronising and using manipulation and dominance towards the reader then this book is very helpful and effective. she just isn't an expert in communication or decency. Believe in yourself and commit to reading it all then judging it

Don't mess with this lady ! She is a recovered insomniac - probably the best type of
person to write a book about insomnia. Having been through the mill of sleeplessness
for many years she is well qualified to talk us through. I listened over a day and a half
and did what she said and it worked just that fast. (Nine/9 hours last night). I had
been sleepless for almost two years. Hope you can do it - it is simple once you know
how. Best thing is to be absolutely sure you follow it to the letter. For a few pounds/ dollars
/hours of you life, there's not much to lose. But don't take just my word - there are a couple of
hundred 5* reviews on Amazon. Good luck.

The narrator is awful, extremely patronising, reads to you as if it's a bloody children's book.

Having said that I will be implementing the methods to see if they work.

A fortnight on from finishing this book, I'm sleeping like a baby. My body complained A LOT for the first week and I felt worse than ever. I nearly gave up! SO pleased I didn't. SO much better in myself. TRY IT, and give it time to work!
