A must read for individuals and parents to understand dyslexia

As a dyslexic person, I found this heart-warming, inspiring and incredibly relatable. Every chapter and story held something I wanted to share with friends and family! At certain times I just felt seen, I couldn’t believe how accurately my thinking patterns, struggles and the coping mechanisms I devised at various life stages were being described! I feel emboldened and better equipped to push into my strengths and not let my areas of weakness be a barrier to trying again and again at what really matters to me.
I only didn’t love the narration.

Amazing booked and I’m loving it. The narrator seems to be going out of his way to make it difficult to follow. BiZarRe CHAngEs oF volUme pITch aNd SpEed. Quite infuriating and im sure I’ve spend more time skipping back than going forward.
Im not sure im going to be able to finish it.

This book really highlights the strengths of dyslexic people and in my opinion people should focus on them and push the dyslexic kids to build their strength. As you can see from the stories in the books every dyslexic person has tried to avoid there weakness because everytime they have tried to read out loud or write in front of other people they have been made fun of. not much has changed in the modern education system, teachers still don't know what to do with dyslexia but the best thing to do is to let them follow their interests.

Let the kids find their own path, even if it's really difficult or even impossible. I'm sure you can tell I'm disleksic (and yes this is how you should spell it).

And teachers can’t deal with this. I have dislexia and the other D's and I was hoping for something inspiring, or reassuring, or to learn some tools I can use to help me, but I person found nothing useful here, nothing I haven't heard a million times, and they keep using super successful people as exempls, and it is frustrating for the majority that have non inspiring jobs and are just struggling.
This book could gave been a 2 hour podcast, I feel it is draged out boring listen.
