I have never been a super big fan of video games, and I have seen the effects of too much screen time in my family and friends and at times, even in myself. However, this book was such an eye opener! I love the layout and how everything is explained in a way anyone could understand. Knowing and saying that too much screen time is bad for you is one thing, but this book is great at making you want to make a change and simply showing you how you can do that.
