I have enjoyed many hours of Alba’s material in youtube. Also discourse. Bought this audiobook to support their work, hear two extra chapters and to have it with me for a easier listening. I’m happy I did. This is divine stuff.

Tried to listen to this whilst driving. I had to litterly pull over to stop it. Like a poorly written, self published book. Wanted to get this book to find out about an alternative perspective on life. Complete waste of time. The author presumes that the listener has already brought in to the concepts she writes about, rather than easing you in to it. Subsequently you learn nothing and the whole thing just sounds insane- but NOT in a good way . Avoid.
