I love getting a book and seeing there are bonuses! This one has a daily log, journal, digital planner and worksheets that are downloadable. Perfect! And the book is great, if you are caring for someone with dementia, grab this book, it covers everything! From how to make caregiving tasks easier with a checklist, self care strategies for you, the caregiver, also guiding you on finances - budgeting, insurance, etc. And legal planning, that is one we were struggling with. And then of course end-of-life care. This is so useful and will help you stay somewhat grounded while dealing with a potentially very stressful situation.
