About this listen
There is a sure cure for arthritis. But many people are not aware of it, nor do they practice it.
This book enables those who suffer from practically any type of arthritis to do more than rid themselves of its symptoms. It explains how to effectively deal with the underlying causes of arthritis to prevent the disease from spreading to other parts of the body and to reverse the damage already done by the disease, information that is needed, but sorely lacking, in this age of information.
There is only one way to cure arthritis, and that is by attacking its underlying causes. When the knowledge of how to effectively deal with arthritis is put into practice, arthritic patients lose their pains and inflammation and recover from the disease.
©2020 Stan Shepherd (P)2020 Stan ShepherdI am currently undertaking some massive changes to my life in my quest to regrow cartilage - something I've been told is extremely tough, but considering I have nothing to lose, I am going for it anyway.
I am already vegan, and have been trialling different supplement stacks, taking more care to hydrate properly and putting effort in to reducing bad foods.
However, I am not sure about some of the advice this book is giving. The fact that the author cites David Wolfe is a massive red flag - he thinks that mushrooms "levitate off the planet", believes chocolate "lines up planetarily with the sun" and that deer placenta is good for the health.
Later on he (she) cites that people in the Old Testament lived to 900 years - while this is part of the biblical story, I don't think anyone takes this literally.
Be especially mindful that the author has another book arguing that the Earth is flat.
Water fasting, avoiding minerals, only drinking distilled water and similar do not seem to match any known science - and certain things aren't correct. Like, there is no difference between calcium from food and calcium supplements, the issue is bioavailability and methylation.
However, the advice on food is largely correct - good quality, organic plant-based nutrition is absolutely vital.
Admittedly I am yet to finish the book, so if it starts to settle into something more scientific, I may edit this review.
