I have got to admit that for the first few chapters I thought this was a big pile of manure, but as I cared on taking in the ruge amount of information it all started making sense. I haven’t tried it yet, so I don’t know how effective it is but some of the info is sound and some not so much. I guess I’ll have to give it a go and decide after….

Narrator voice wasn’t easy listening for me personally. I found the book to have too many testimonials which did not interest me. Very little information that I could use as I already am aware of low carb and history of fat being demonised. Also pushing the bullet proof coffee too much, hard sell.
