Art & Healing
This book presents a really innovative approach to healing from trauma through art. I never knew that simple activities like drawing and painting can significantly impact emotional recovery, regardless of artistic skill. The guide is filled with straightforward exercises and really inspiring stories from individuals who have overcome their traumatic experiences using these methods. A great option for healing. Thanks!

Healing using the mind-body connection
This was a very interesting book to me because I was not familiar with type of holistic healing. The premise is that trauma is a physical thing as well as a mind thing. It is stored in your body and sometimes, it cannot be healed just by vocalizing. If you perform some sort of expressive art like dance, music, coloring, sculpting, drawing, even coloring, you can help the body retrieve that trauma and release it. What a beautiful concept! Untangle your trauma from your body and mind and feel the relief!

Somatic Therapy!
Recovering from trauma requires active participation in your own healing process rather than passively waiting for wounds to heal. With the help of this book, readers will become acquainted with the potent field of somatic art therapy, which uses the body mind link to promote emotional recovery. Listeners are taught to use basic yet powerful art projects, such as sketching, painting, and scribbling, to access their bodily experiences and release long buried emotional trauma.
