About this listen

Ben Spencer is the ambitious young owner of The Blood Partnership, an online property marketing company. He has become heavily involved with the Westlake family - including becoming engaged to beautiful Caitlin Westlake - and now he's beginning to regret it.

Then Ben's own family is targeted by the Westlakes. Now he must choose a side and it seems the only way out is death - but whose will it be?

Critic reviews

"... a fast, exciting read." (Eurocrime)

The characters in this book are all rather black and white. The hero is a bit feeble, the villain is very villainous and the heroine is a spoilt brat, all combining to spoil what could have been a good storyline about devilry in big business. However the reader does a good job in putting over the various characters so I made it to the end of the book. If only I could have felt more sympathetic towards the individuals involved in these shenanigans I should have enjoyed it more.

A bit over top!
