It gives the basics

I wish he edited it and re-recorded parts he messed up on. The whole thing was basically him free -talking. It did have some good information, I disagreed with some of it and not sure what his qualifications are to be giving a lot of nutrition information to his clients. Overall it was an OK book.

Awesome!

This is great!

I've been considering changing careers to get out of the truck and into lifestyle that will give me the body I want and help me to help others do the same. this book contains a great overview of all the aspects of the job and fun advice and commentary throughout. Thank you for the candid approach man!
