This book is a great resource for anyone struggling with relationship anxiety, and unfortunately, I have plenty of experience in that area. This book provides clear and practical insights into the roots of anxious attachment styles and offers effective strategies to break free from patterns of overthinking and insecurity. The author's relatable approach makes complex concepts easy to understand, which makes it easier to take the concepts int he book to work on healthier communication and build more secure connections.

I liked the inclusion of meditations and affirmations, which helped reinforce the lessons for me. The narration is also easy to listen to and is not distracting.
