Great references guide! Nice voice to listen to. I've been an insomniac for more years than I care to remember and tried 2 programms, one by myself reading a book and one with the NHS, the latter i found seriously difficult because of being on a 6 week programme it felt gruelling. This audible is tailored to ones own personal pace so there's no pressure, its covered everything for me and made it simple and achievable, I'm feeling excited and upbeat about this Overall positive and informative guide! Onwards and upwards!

I have heard better podcasts and read better books on sleep. This book is basic, it’s common sense what she talks about in this book. I learned nothing.
