I'm not personally that into mindfulness, but my mother is so I got this for her as a mother's day gift. She was absolutely thrilled. She told me it's perfect and couldn't believe I found something so useful to her.

I have been ill for a year and it can take it's tole on your mind. This little book is so comforting and mind soothing that I am very grateful that it was recommended to me. I love it. It has become my morning reading outside in the sun..

a comprehensive guide

A sweet tender approach to mindfulness, I recommend this book to anyone looking for a new way of being present. Although I passed on some of the yoga poses, the poems and messages were inspiring. I plan to re-listen it as soon as possible.

A sweet book with short little exercises that open your eyes and mind. I'm no hippy but needed some peace and "slowing down" in my hectic life and this was a nice book.

Fantastic again!

I use this little book every day and really love it. Doesn't take much time. I am a therapist and work with children (foster care, etc.) and now I understand more about what mindfulness is and can teach it to my clients and their parents or caregivers.

for some reason I thought it was spiral bound - and would be even better if it was, but it's SMALL.. but has some great basic mindfulness ideas all put together according to how much time you have... It's well put together too, an adorable little book!
