About this listen

No one leaves a negotiation happy.

But wounded pride aside, Sylver was overjoyed with how everything turned out.

He left with a talented clairvoyant, an army of highly skilled dark elves, a talking golden crowbar, the finger of the greatest lich to ever exist, and all it cost him was a fraction of a fraction of a century.

Sadly Eira didn’t simply stop and wait for his return, Lola became a king, Bruno concocted abominations, Faust drowned his sorrows in powders and elixirs, and the ever-looming threat of High-Elves and Krists, loomed more than ever.

There was also the problem of a wandering [Hero], Sophia’s disappearance, rumours of a Sun demon, and further minor issues that were on Sylver’s seemingly endless to-do list.

But the important thing was, he had a way to find Edmund, and all the cultivators, country sized mountains, ancient dragons, and swamp witches in the world weren’t going to be enough to stop him.

Book 5 of this Fantasy LitRPG Series about a reincarnated necromancer growing in power and finding his way in a new world where the rules have changed vastly since he last "lived."

I am a big fan of this series but, I am not sure have it feel about this book, easily the weakest one. but is setting up something. and I hope it is worth it

I don't know

The whole point of Sylver is her doesn't give a care about normal rules or morality. Constantly justifying himself to Rhea is annoying to say the least!
Not the best book but I'm assuming there will be another 10! so it's just how it goes with any series - you have to have your lows to have the highs, otherwise we'd then be moaning about it being samey!
Overall loving the series :)

Ok but not the best so far

To be honest I thought the previous books, set in the ice realm would be my least favourite. But there was something about this book, that made it very difficult to get into. It was possibly the fact, that Sylver was very much on his own throughout the entire story. yes there were other characters, but their roles were almost insignificant. Sylver also seemed to spend the entire book irritated and rolling his eyes at everything. Rhea is an annoying character, but she's supposed to be. This combined with almost no comic relief in this book, made it difficult to get through.
Maybe in future I'll think differently about this part of the story, but this was my first impression.
That being said, the book is still enjoyable and worth a listen. it just didn't live up to the usual expectations of this series.

Good, but least favourite of the series so far!

I enjoy the overall story but parts between sylver and Ris are a bit repetitive. Parts of the story felt like a rehash of book 2

Ok - not the best in the series
