Motivated me!

I found this book very good and enlightening, and there were some interesting suggestions about things to do in order to develop your mindfulness. I’m ready to try this. Simple instructions, encouraging, and easy to listen to and understand. Not to be ready to conquer the world but one step at a time. This audiobook is well worth getting.

Interesting

I like it. To find peace in the world you must first find inner peace. Adam compiles a great list of steps to find happiness and mindfulness in life. It gives you practical ideas on how to be more present, which gives you more peace now. Great.

Highly recommended

This is one of the more highly recommended audiobooks I have encountered on mindfulness. The author has some unique perspectives which also makes it rewarding and fun to listen to. It really changed a lot of my old thought and behavior patterns. It's for the modern person, a real person, who is looking for ways to find calm, and live better. Very well written, engaging.

Practical Steps

Complete Mindfulness Program

Overall I really liked this book, very insightful. It speaks to our overwhelming world. Give it a try - give it a listen. One of the best!

I can't say enough good things about this and the program it lays out. Well written, narrated, and compassionate. You will learn tips, techniques, research-based findings, and a clear path forward. So useful for those new to mindfulness or those who are very familiar with it. Excellent choice if you are trying to create a plan to ease stress and anxiety.

Finding it Helpful

I am just getting into the required exercises, finding them straightforward and helpful. Like any program, success is dependent on the degree of input, commitment. The meditations and other exercises seem to be making me more aware of the moment and relaxed. Sleeping better, too. I believe this is going to be effective for me.
