skeptical but not any more
I thought I'd try this for a laugh. but to my amazement it actually works. and works really well. every night I put this on and fan also to it. sometimes it makes it harder to fall asleep but I've never felt so refreshed in the morning! it's really improving my social confidence also. great recording. I'll be buying more of them from the author.
