In the not too distant future, water becomes so scarce the hunt is on for any drop on other planets. Drew and Trace, former lovers find that love, not just rain, is high at any price. Drew Lecour was once the pride of the military, until he’d decided to leave the federation and became a rogue, selling water to the highest bidder. Trace had a history with Drew, one that involved some hot sex and broken promises. And now, after not seeing him for years, Drew and his crew suddenly show up on a planet Trace has been contracted to protect, a planet where Drew is set to drill for water.
Trace doesn’t have a choice. He has to defend the water supply. His men are waiting for their leader to give the order to kill, but he can’t bring himself to do that. So he confiscates Drew’s equipment and takes him prisoner; but having Drew naked and at his mercy proves far more challenging than he’d anticipated. And then, there are other forces at play....

No Water on earth and A Gay Military and Pirates
First a lots sex and dirty talk I have to say I really enjoyed the audibe and the writer and narrator did a superb job in both writing and telling the tell. The basis story is earth is out of water a man named Drew is like a water pirate stealing water and selling to the highest bidder. The second main character is Trace a member of the military who is guarding a plant who has a frozen lake. Now at one time Trace and Drew were military academy together and lovers they went their separate ways when Drew decided to leave the military and Trace stayed. A few years later Drew went from illegal hunting and selling water to more of a water pirate now for Trace he is a ship captain guarding the planet that had the hidden Lake of water.
Now it you want to enjoy the adventure and backstabbing you must purchase the audible I am sure you will enjoy the story of Drew and trace.
Short but enjoyable!
There is a sex scene, while Trace is imprisoned, that made me uncomfortable.
I felt the narrators voice didn't suit the characters...but narrated well. That's just my own perception though...
