It was a fun book. Very predictable though like at the end of chapter 14 when the ship comes it was easy to tell who it was I also really liked the detailed battles I know some people don't like it though. It was also a simple plot not much special though it's nice to see what happens exactly after the deceived trail. Personally I liked Marc Thompson's narration and the sound effects were good. So now for the super simply overall rating

It was 4 stars and three live long and prospers - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🖖🖖🖖

Everything is relative. I like the occasional cheese sandwich, and that's what this book gives you. The author and narration (and sound effects) are excellent. I expected the standard SW fare of crazy action and emotional battles and got it.

That said, there are several places where character motivation (or is that the SW universe) feels so corny that I found myself saying 'come on - surely you could have done better'.
