I have this book but love to listen as well to help things sink in more. It’s a informative book about how our nervous system works and how to understand ourselves better and therefore soothe ourselves. The added bonus of the audio book is that you get to listen to the author guide you through the exercises, the ones in the final chapter are especially soothing.
