First ever audiobook I've got all the way through without switching off. Great tips and advice, and engaging examples. I thoroughly enjoyed listening.

Excellent audiobook for teachers and lecturers

Strongly sells the need for tutors to maintain personal contact with students to help them feel they have worth etc. Some sensible tips (be a student sometimes to remind yourself what that's like) that will probably be obvious to the experienced curious teacher, but probably good for newcomers or a refresh.

However none of this is very useful if you're building student-led online classes. Which may of course be a point in itself.

Suitable for hybrid courses
