Critic reviews
A gripping dystopian debut.
"Everything I have been looking for in a book: suspense, mind-bending mystery, romance and just the right amount of science fiction."
"Sophisticated, intelligent, thought-provoking. Watch out Suzanne Collins and Sophie McKenzie, there's a new writer in town."
"An original and haunting psychological thriller. I was gripped from the first page and can't wait to read more."
"Gripping, chilling and all too real. An unputdownable thriller."
"A beautiful, intriguing puzzle revealed piece by dark and sinister piece."
A thrilling futuristic drama... compelling and well written.
There is an Orwellian harshness about this dystopia that makes for disturbing and provocative reading. ****
A tense psychological thriller that makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end.
A terrific read which doesn't give up its secrets lightly. From the first pages it grips. Highly recommended.
Terry writes with a gripping and exciting fresh voice which makes compulsive reading.
Only thing I did not like that much, is the really girly way it is.
The main charqchter is 16, she think and acts more like a 12 year old...
Nontheless, I really like the story and will purchase book 2 just now as I finished this review
