Summary

Books four, five and six in the Skulduggery Pleasant series - known collectively as the Death Bringer Trilogy, Derek Landy's fantastically imaginative series about our favourite dead detective.

Dark Days

Skulduggery Pleasant is lost on the other side of a portal, with only some evil gods for company. Can he possibly survive? (Yes, all right, he’s already dead. But still.)

Mortal Coil

Skulduggery Pleasant and Valkyrie Cain are back - just in time to see their whole world get turned upside down....

Death Bringer

The Necromancers no longer need Valkyrie to be their Death Bringer, and that’s a good thing. There’s just one catch....

book 4

in book 4, chapter 6 there is a conversation between springheel Jack and scapegrace, where springheel Jacks voice is used to speaking scapegraces sentences and vice versa, probably needs to be fixed, will edit when finished all of the books

Fab.

Another 3 great stories in this continuing series, shame about the different narrators doing the voices though as it spoilt the continuity but individually each narrator does a good job.

Must read

I was skeptical a gritty, fantasy book, but more then pleasantly surprised I was changed in a way I mean it’s no Harry Potter but it does rival it truly a great must read book I hope you enjoy

Great story, and good performance but not perfect

The story is brilliant, but in the first book at a couple of conversations mix up the characters voices, so it gets really confusing. If it wasn't for that it would be perfect

Fantastic, If a bit grim

Overall, a very pleasing listen with some good narration and brilliant stories that will captivate most audiences, though people under 10/12 may not understand or enjoy the books.
