if you're looking at this book, then you probably need it for one reason or another. I wasn't sure I needed it, but i have insecurities so gave it a go after it was recommended and it has made an amazing shift in my life, I feel so much happier, yet nothing has changed, actually my life is going through a really incredibly tough and stressful patch... yet I'm happier. I loved this book and already want to listen to it again! I learned a lot about self compassion and ways to be more self compassionate. I enjoyed hearing about the different research studies as well as personal experiences and stories of friends experiences. I highly recommend!
