Summary

Casey Alexander grew up part of the Ravage Motorcycle Club family since the day she was abandoned by her mother and thrown into her father's lap. Always seeing herself as an outsider, she spent her whole life trying to fit in but never really succeeding. When she loses her beloved father, the utter aloneness engulfs her, leaving her searching for solace in the one man she's always craved.

Gage Thomas (G. T.) Gavelson fell in love with his Angel when he was just a pint-sized kid. Both beautiful and smart, he always felt that she deserved so much better than him. Growing up beside her in the club only continued to test his will power, until one night he gave into temptation. Realizing that he couldn't allow himself to hold her back from the life she deserved, he pushed her away.

When a tragic shootout occurs, everything changes as once again Casey and G. T.'s lives are intermingled. When you find your way back to the one person you are meant to be with, forgiveness should be easy. But sometimes, we hurt each other too much to ever be able to forgive. Is their love strong enough to heal their pain?

Didn’t like the book

Was disappointed with the book, but the narrators where okay. The male narrator didn’t do a very good job of the female character, I found it annoying.

Casey was annoying and I didn’t feel a connection between her and GT.

Disappointing

I liked the first book in this series with Princess as the main character - and I really enjoyed the first section of this book. However, over time, Angel really grated on me. She was such a victim and the plot became very far fetched with her being kidnapped or another sig event literally every other page! She came across as a very weak and needy character that annoyed me intensely. Seems as though the author might have had to complete second part in record time or something! Quality simply not the same as first half. Bored by end. Joanna Wylde REAPER books far more enjoyable.

Great from start to finish

Characters were great. Both H and H were strong, loving and equally likeable. Story was great from beginning to end. Grabbed your interest from page one. One of the best MC stories I've read in a while. Hate to say, but some of the MC stories lately have just been bad. This one is a keeper, and one I'll listen to over and over.

Mc romance. 1POV. HEA. Standalone.

⚠️Slight Trigger warning for rape and abuse.

This is is “sizzling “ MC romance with a touch of angst. Usually I get annoyed with problems created by a lack of communication, but With this one, I can understand the reasons behind it. Although I feel like the female mc is a bit whiny. It’s not a light listen.

The narration is good. The HEA is nice but short. Although this can be read as a standalone, there is a book prior to this and you get more of the HEA from the previous characters. You will get more of these character’s hea in the next books.

Good book, but not great

I think Cassie is whiner.. I think she feels sorry for herself. I hate this kind of character. I think almost 80% of the female population go through a miscarriage. She has lived this life I get it she can not be like Harlow but please have a little of her not be such a whiner.

Loved the Book

This book was great. Casey has grown up in the Club with her daddy and Harlow and GT and when her father died the took her in like family. Casey works on cars and bikes for the Club. Casey fills like she is not part of the family. Casey has all was wanted GT but never doing anything about it. Now is the time to buy the book. Worth it

Excellent audible book and story

This is the first time I have listened to a book by this author. What a great story. There are so many twists and turns in this story. This book has suspense, love, brotherhood, revenge and so much more.

Whining Much

What a significant comtrace between Harlow and Cassie. I understand her heart break about her losses however, the way she handles everything else was too much. It's as if she didn't grow up in the life of a Motorcycle Club and a childhood friend like Harlow. Seriously, I was absolutely annoyed with her at the mid-point of this story...but the end I was so over her. If I set Cassie aside the rest of the story was enjoyable.

WOW AMAZING MC

Coming home after spending two years for a crime she didn't commit Harlow "Princess" Gavelson realizes that her nightmare isn't over. She has always done what is best for the Ravage MC, even sacrificing herself in ways that still gives her nightmares, but they will never know what she has sacrificed. All she has in mind is getting revenge on the woman who set her up but she must wait for the right time. When she walks back into the clubhouse and meets Donavon "Cruz" he floors she wants to break her rule of never dating a brother. Cruz has a past that he wants to forget and tries to raise his son Cooper, he is shocked by the hot woman that walks in and shakes his foundation. Princess falls in love not only Cruz but Cooper and she will do anything to protect what is hers no matter the cost. Nobody messes with her family but she may not live through this. This series just keeps getting better and better. Amazing story with incredibly strong characters that will leave you breathless.
