I haven't, but if you think Ruby Wax was just an annoying celebrity going on about depression, this book will change your mind, she is extremely intelligent, insightful & down to earth.

No, I've listened to this book at least 5 times, because I found it incredibly interesting.

What does Ruby Wax bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Ruby Wax reading her own book just adds to it and brings her personality even more to her book. I'm sure I would have enjoyed it if she didn't voice it, but it's just so much more enjoyable with Ruby reading it and adding a personal touch.
