Automating prospection has an always lower barrier to entrance, where anyone with an Internet connection and a brain can set up sequences and literally reach out to thousands of prospects…

Whilst it still works, we are very much in a diminishing return type of scenario and Justin’s approach to prospection, leveraging automation without losing the human touch, is really interesting.

I probably won’t implement everything broken down in the book, but anyone needing more pipe should give this a read, for inspiration and practical tips that helps unlocking high value convos.

After all, “opening is the new closing”

Let's be frank - it works. The reason the JMM is effective is because it's about principles and frameworks, not templates.

There no magic bullet here, but there is a book to hold the mirror to your current process, ask you difficult questions about why you do what you do and what do you want to achieve, and to show you who you could be.

Embracing psychology and heuristics will drive multiple times more results than you'd imagine.

This was a great and detailed audiobook. I don't have much of a sales background, but this really did give you great advice and deep understanding of a sales mindset. Growing a pipeline and driving growth is such an undertaking.

Everybody knows Justin is the master of building new pipeline. As soon as this book was released I ordered it and started reading the very next day. His methods are proven by 1000s of sellers and 100s of companies world wide. JMM is both human and scientific, plus it’s incredibly simple and adaptable to any sales persons objectives. I would pay 10x for the value this book delivers. The “4th Frame” has already enabled me to secure meetings with leadership prospects from major technology organisations. This book is more than a lesson, it’s a tool and it’s a mechanism for growth and self growth. I’ve never actioned recommendations so quickly. Looking forward to JMM 2.0.
