A fantastic guide for runners and future runners!

The best running book I've ever read, and one that will be a staple on my shelf to refer to later. Easy to understand science-y bits and practical guidance for things that runners experience - both the bits we would like and the bits that get in our way. Empowering, supportive and honest. Loved it.
