So I listened to this over a day of yard work. I have never enjoyed manual labour more than while listening to this book.

Dax and Willow were so perfect for each other and seeing the way they both brought out the best in each other was so much fun.

Willow is dreading her wedding to her long time boyfriend. He is fine but there really isn't any excitement there. When her stepbrothers the Prince's of Stuland offer to help her run away she thinks it's funny, that is until she wakes up hung over and handcuffed to a hot rock star.

Dax is desperate after the dipweed stole all his money. He decided to kidnap his bride to be to get his money back. Not his best plan but desperate times call for desperate measures. Turns out it was the best decision of his life. Willow shows him what he has been missing and he does the same for her.

This book is so funny from dangerous donkeys to a dozen nuns and an adventure to be remembered for a lifetime. I loved everything about this book.

Jason Clarke and Savannah Peachwood are so much pleasure to listen to. They were the perfect choice for Dax and Willow. I enjoyed listening to both of them from start to end.

Willow is about to get married but doubting it, and then she’s kidnapped by a rock star. Pippa Grant has a big imagination. The journey Willow and Dax go through, both finding themselves in the process was sweet, sometimes sad and also full of fun. Aaaand totally sexy! I so enjoyed this story, I need to listen to it again to see if I missed something. The narrators were so in point. Mr Clarke’s sexy voice and Ms Peachwood brought a life to it.

The narration really added to the book. Both narrators did an amazing job and brought the story to life with their voice acting.

It is a stand alone story, but characters overlap with other Pippa Grant series. I wish I had read previous books a little more recently to know if I should have recognized Dax from prior books. My favorite part of the book was the nicknames for the nuns, and Jason Clarke’s delivery of them like the were actual names. This was my favorite of the girl band series so far.

This was an adventure for sure. Willow and Dax get up to some crazy situations in crazy places. As always I love the characters in these books. This has to be one of my favorite Pippa books just b/c of the different directions it took. The narration was great! I definitely recommend this book or anything Pippa Grant. 🎧 Audiobook Obsession
