Started slow but was very good once it got going. I was dissapointed when it finished. Worth a read/listen

The storyline was very fragmented, very much the same vein. The ending was as predicted. And the conclusion was understated.

Long winded extended story needs done quicker

Great story, loved how it went into details of the families but way too much swearing the c word was also very much used.
I think some swear words are needed to portray the story but it was non stop and the c word way too often. made me wince a few times.
But if it had a sequel I would want to continue to know the next chapter in their lives.
It certainly didn't shy away from violence and was very much in detail which I actually enjoyed as for once it felt completely true in those circumstances and times.
It had twists that you had no idea were coming which was brilliant. I couldn't wait to hear the next bit and would escape so I could listen to it.
