I love this story and FINALLY THE DEPRESSION ARC IS OVER!! the past few books have ripped our hearts to shreds with how many characters were killed and how the MC couldn't catch a break. But now its time for our boy to take everything back, nd attain the power to slay cruel gods 🙌 🙏 👏 . I predict 4-7 more books until the story ends.

Excellence
I just love this series, love this book and love these Narrators. Took me a while to get used to Elizabeth narrating what I’m used to Travis speaking. I would love if there was more collaboration with mixed voice chapters but I still can’t criticise as I’m sure this would be rather difficult to achieve and I still just loved everything about it.

Dual narration……
The dual narration was kinda iffy, it took some time to get used too, but you couldn’t really get over it. It was hard to hear Arthur voiced by another person than travis, the voice and the feeling was not the same. It would be better if the dual narration was like this, male voices voiced by Travis and female voices voiced by Elizabeth, no matter who’s perspective we are viewing the story from.

what stood out most ? idk everything haha
the only thing i would like to change is that the voice actors put more emotions in the voices but still was so good ,i realy enjoyed listening to this everything was perfect ,keep up the good work 🔛🔝

Dual narration
Why add the additional narrator? it broke up the fluidity if the story every time she came on for her lines. Over many books I've gotten accustomed to how certain characters sound, and the way they interact with other characters.... but with this new narrator cannot for the life of her portray any sense of tension or grandure a lot of these characters NEED.

Another great entry into the series, though the addition of Ms Evans was not entirely needed so far into the series. hopefully it's not a continuation in the next books

the story continues
a fantastic continuation to Arthur's story.
Travis does an excellent job of narrating but sharing the role with Elizabeth isn't great as the voices don't mesh well with what Travis had already established

I hate the narrator swapping between chapters I much prefer narrators stick to characters
Both the narrators and story are great if it weren't for the narrators being divided by chapters instead of characters this would be another 5 star title in my book.

This needs to be re released with only travis baldree. can't even get past the first few chapters. completely ruins an awesome series.
The new narrator cannot do male voices at all, and seems completely incapable of changing her tone to match the scene.
Apart from that completely changing the narrator every chapter is jarring and whoever approved this should be fired.

Love the Audibooks: but sheeesh this new narrator
Mrs Evans successfully butchers all the voice lines and screws with the flow and tention written by TurtleMe... Makes no sense to switch things up this far in and with a VA that cannot portray emotion... Every character voiced by Mrs Evans sounds the same, every line be it badass or unemotional, the same delivery... Horrible administrative desicion, would absolutely pay full price again just to hear it all in the OG VA from Travis...

Elizabeth Evans gotta go!
She did a very poor performance in this audio book and did not fit well at all. i had to skip her chapters and her characters voices are hard to tell the difference. But travis did a very good job as always.

Mixed feelings
I loved the story but I had mix feelings with the mix narrators I would have loved it Travis did the males and Elizabeth the females also I don’t have anything against but I always hear her take these deep breaths after each sentence love the book though.

Amazing book, brilliant writing but poor narrative
It’s to the point that when I hear Siri telling me the chapters number I pause and skip the chapter then I read that chapter online. It’s really cringey hearing her voice a male characters. Travis did amazing as always

Okay, but bot great
The interface between Travis and Elizabeth was not great. I had thought that Travis would do the male voices and Elizabeth would do the female voices but the chapter breakdown and different voices for the same characters was very jarring. And the story didn't seem to progress that much either. Please let Travis do the whole book as previously the next time.

new narrator
I was so excited for volume 10 and I started listening as soon as it was available, but the new narrator almost ruined it for me. I always thought that Travis did a good job with the female voices and changing it now after 9 volumes just doesn't make sense to me.

love the story. got hooked when there was only 7 books release. rehears them each time a new book dropped.
this one was hard to get through. I don't like the split narators. Travis was one of the big draws for me on this series. hearing the voices of known characters change back and forth is wierd and off putting.

travis baldree is the best.
I really hate how you fall in love with a series and the narrator and its wonderful. then they go an add another narrator and change everything. I really wish they had just left everything alone. good book still love the series Hate they did a duo
