thank you for something new and unique

there is not a lot of books like this on the bar industry. So to my surprise to be able to find it and have someone who speaks honestly about what he believes works and where the industry is going is very great to have. I do recommend it for anybody looking to grow their inside on the business

meh, very short. told me little to what I already knew. the little talked about, to me, is common sense. This book is better suited to someone not from the US and older.

Good and short

I will recommend this book to everyone that manage a restaurant or bar, the question is what make you different? What is what people likes? Why will people go to tour restaurant or bar?
