this book was read exceptionally well for starters. the book was inspiring, interesting and reflective. I understood everything LC said and felt that the whole premise was incredibly useful. I am a psychotherapist by profession but also a person who does a lot of inner work and each thing described in this book will complement beautifully my practices. Struggled to listen because of the baby voice used by the narrator when speaking as the child. I found it really irritating and grating.
