I’ve been following Anna for many years but resisted her message until this year, when having tried everything else I decided to try meditation and to work on my codependency and CPTSD.

Years ago I belittled the DP but this year the DP and meditation is helping me step back into and reclaim my life. Perseverance is the key. I am glad that re-found Anna because her message is like the missing piece to my puzzle.

I have read many books about childhood trauma and different ways to approach coping with the ongoing symptoms as an adult. Anna‘s approach to recognising, and moving to a place of healing is both innovative and transformative.
Anna’s approach to writing comes with a lack of ego and a deep understanding of the topic that leaves you feeling understood and hopeful that you have the ability to instigate meaningful change to entrenched patterns of being and living with adult manifestations of childhood trauma.
I will be recommending this book to everyone that I meet who also struggles with CPTSD.
