"Rational Recovery" is a masterpiece—a true work of art. I’ve noticed that many people, and even other authors, draw heavily from its insights. This was an absolutely amazing book, offering a clear and powerful approach to overcoming addiction, no matter the type. It’s not limited to alcohol or drugs; its principles can be applied to virtually any form of addiction. It’s such a shame that the author has passed on. This is, without a doubt, the best self-help book I’ve ever read. A world-class achievement. The narrator was also incredibly engaging and invested in the material, making it a pleasure to listen to. His voice brought the content to life, making the experience even more impactful.

The book cuts through all the misinformation on addiction treatment. The method it outlines for quitting any drug, makes more sense than any other book I've read on this topic. Anyone thinking of going to AA, should read this book first, it will certainly change you mind, and lead you to success!

The best ever book on addiction
