Rago the Magnificent!

This is such a sweet story of a dragon finding his fated mate but it’s also very funny.
In other words - a perfect mix.
I do hope these two characters appear in future stories. Please?!?

Sweet, sexy, fun short story

This is another sweet, fun, and sexy story from Kasia Bacon. I loved the chemistry between the main characters as well as the understated humor throughout the story, from Lieutenant Laahn's internal conversations to the actions of the other men making him "take one for the team" with the dragon shifter. A very amusing and entertaining story of unexpected, fated mates, plus some steamy intimate scenes.

Narrator Michael Fox is wonderful. His quiet, measured voice is perfect for these characters, and he deliveries the humorous parts with a dry, even wit you might miss if you're not paying attention.

Well written quick fated mates romance

Rago is part of Kasia Bacon's Order universe but easily enjoyable as a standalone story.
With it being so short, I thought the settings and connection between the MC's, Laahn and Rago, are very quickly established. It has a good balance of fantasy, heat and light heartedness. I enjoyed the first look that Laahn got of Rago's dragon, the awe clear, and the amusement that the other members of their regiment found from their situation.
Michael Fox provides wonderful narration for this story, getting across the emotion that both are feeling even though we just hear from Laahn's POV. Definitely someone I would enjoy hearing again.

Dream come true!

A black haired, green eyed, muscly dragon shifter. How can you go wrong. Not as much detail about the Order Universe in this one but doing what Kasia does best with starting a new relationship in which you’re left wanting more. ‘You teach me chess and I’ll take you flying’. Yes please!!!!! I need to learn fencing, and chess ASAP.

Perfect little escape

Kasia Bacon manages to write a short story that's both sweet and sexy at the same time and even throws in some humor as well. Laahn and and Rago are perfect together, but of course they are, they're fated mates! I loved how Laahn just went all in and accepted that he was the fated mate of a dragon shifter, and was happy about it, even though they hardly knew each other at first.

This story is perfect for a quick listen on the go or as a palate cleanser between longer reads. I still wish that it was longer though, or that there will be another short story about this couple in the futue. You do not need to have read any other books in the Order series to enjoy this one, it's a complete stand-alone.

Michael Fox's narrration was very pleasant to listen to and added an extra dimention to the story.

Short, funny and sweet. Love this world :)

For a short story, it packs quite a bit. Laahan, poor soul, doesn't get to eat his dinner (which sounded delicious). Instead he's summoned to help out with an unruly person. What transpires is a story of mates meeting and bonding in the sweetest, and sometimes funny, way. Rago and Laahan are a delight.
Michael Fox is really good, I really enjoyed listening to his narration and happy to see that he's done some of her other stories, yay!

The Queen of shorties nails it again

Well, wasn't this a lunch time feast of utter deliciousness! I loved the book when I read it, I've said before ... no-one nails the shorties quite like Kasia Bacon does. Whilst she always leaves me
wanting more, the more I want is just because I'm greedy and will never get enough of her story-telling. She always manages to squeeze such perfect character and world building along with a great story into so few pages, and she does this consistently. Every single time, without fail. (I'm repeating what I said in my original review of the
book because it bears repeating).

The story is all very insta, but that's how I want it to happen between fated mates. Wham, bam, thank you sir and his dragon!

Michael Fox has done a terrific job with the narration of the whole series so far. I could listen to this bloke for days.

Stunning! Michael Fox is Marvelous!

As someone just starting to dip into Kasia Bacon's Order Universe, this author has completely captivated me with her creative fantasy stories. Stunning descriptions of the physical combined with sensual and erotic romance, make even the shortest stories come to life in the most enjoyable way.

The audio version of Rago is performed by Michael Fox. A marvelous fit for these characters, Mr. Fox's smooth, rich voice captures every bit of emotion and makes the most of Ms. Bacon's clever sense of humor.

I hope every one of Kasia Bacon's books come out in audio sooner rather than later, but in the meantime I'm jumping in with both feet!

Rich fated mates novella leaves you wanting more..

A dragon shifter meets his fated mate and must be soothed... chaos breaks out at an army outpost when a dragon shifter becomes aware that his fated mate is nearby... this novella is rich in atmosphere and offers a wonderful glimpse of this first meeting between fated mates... after a short time in their company you wish it were a novel. Somehow it seems there is an economy of communication throughout this story -- a hand on a shoulder or the crook of an eyebrow here expresses volumes, and you just want more and more. I loved it.
