About this listen

Harvard and Ohio State University surveys show that 80% of the people would like to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. The problem is that most of these people do not know that the origin of their problems is a due to a lack of self-esteem.

The research conducted by Professors Martin Seligman and Roy Baumeister show that a high level of self-esteem is linked to higher levels of happiness.

Negative emotions are observed with low self-esteem: anger, envy, jealousy, pessimism, regret, greed, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, uncertainty, and fear from failure. These emotions affect our thoughts, and actions, hence our entire life!

On the opposite side, high self-esteem has a positive impact on emotions and result in: joy, peace, optimism, serenity, kindness, benevolence, empathy, self- confidence, generosity, compassion, courage, and risk-taking.

Having low self-esteem is a terrible thing because it can affect every part of our life.

Self-esteem isn't just thinking well of yourself. It is also a consistent feeling of self-respect. It has a stabilizing influence on the person and provides control as well as a sense of what is right. Many concerns can damage our self-esteem, which may happen to any of us in a way or another, but the good news is that it is improvable.

Professor Nassif observed that people with low Self-Esteem were constantly struggling to make decisions or "getting out" from a situation they disliked. Their efforts were rarely successful. As a result, they would end up losing hope of ever being able to defeat circumstances and getting the life they wanted. Professor Nassif's intention was therefore to create a transformational tool; a service that can make people free and happy.

RISE (Rapid Improvement Self-Esteem) aims at helping people develop and improve their Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence which in turn can help them unlock their potential and transform their life. This Method is unique: it is based on Emotional Intelligence and is the only Method which connects emotions and behavior thus allowing such rapid results.

Professor Nassif assures you that if you follow and apply the RISE Method and if you monitor your progress thanks to the mobile App, you will definitely be rewarded in a period of less than 3 months. Not only will you build up your Self-Esteem but you will also (re)discover what your true potential is and how much you can accomplish.

Unlock your potential and thrive with RISE!
