I did it!

The only method that has ever worked! I smoked for 42 years, that has now ended. I have stopped and started for various time periods throughout those addicted years and always failed. This book changed my mindset without being preachy, using force, fear, shame or bullying. I highly recommend to all who wish to quit. I was adamant it, like all other attempts would be futile and I was doomed. I am very happy to be proved wrong! Bless Allen Carr! Thank you for showing me how easy it was to remove my jailer. Follow all instructions. Listen to introduction and day 1 on day 1. Listen to day 2 on day 2 and so on, don't skip ahead even if tempted. Believe my review or not, it matters not to me for I am free.

This book changed my life ❤

Update; i never counted each month, the non smokers dont do it, why should i? But, i know it's been well over 2 years now. Don't miss it, don't want it. Regret i didn't come accross this book earlier. You have nothing to lose and your life to gain. Your life worths everything ❤

Review at 6 months; 26 years of smoking. Various attempts to stop.
I had listened to Allen Carr's other book and had stopped for months at a time, but for me, there was always a trigger. If something upset me, all I wanted to do is what my brain and body knew, which was smoke to calm down.
I decided I wanted to stop for good when I purchased the boot camp book, but was in a bad place mentally. I played it without listening. Then I played it again, listening this time and knowing I will prove Allan Carr & team wrong, but somehow that 4th day, I smoked my last cigarette.
I still have my tobacco etc somewhere and sometimes, I do think that maybe I could have one to relieve my frustrations, but I don't and it is not a struggle. I have alcohol in my house too and I sometimes think about it, but that doesn't mean I drink it. This book taught me that if I had that cigarette, my situation wouldn't change. That was an eye opener.

6 weeks after I stopped smoking, I run my first 2k. I struggled but enjoyed it, so I built on that and last week I run my first 5k without walking, just running.
When the thought of having one comes in mind, I reject it immediately now as I don't want to loose what I have achieved so far.
My advice is, find something you like to do that smoking prevents you from doing. Buy the book, really listen to it and then build on this a day at a time. Your new found activity will hold you in the right place when you need it along with the knowledge this book brings.
The brain will reprogram itself if we let it. Just give it something new to think about.

Enlightening

Today is the end of the book for me. Have tried a lot of times to quit and made it a few weeks and sometimes a month. The book has certainly given me a new perspective on “How to stay quit”....

I’m now a Happy non smoker, just as described in the book!

it worked for me

longer than I thought it would be but long enough for the necessary thoughts to get thru my thick skull.
if you want to be free of nicotine addiction then I reccommend this book.
