I had the delight of listening to the audiobook and it was Fabulous!!
Narrated by Elle Sonali who is excellent at performing ALL the characters male and female in this story.Her portrayal was passionate,emotional and strong I enjoyed listening to her voice she is Amazing !!
I thought Uncle Uzzi would have a struggle in bringing Fated mates Michael and Kylie together...Because Kylie would not even speak to Michael avoiding him and ignoring him whenever they were in eachothers company.
Kylie had come to Maverick Point escaping from her old pack after being subjected to abuse by them,especially her own mother.
She had been accepted into the Maverick pack and was a designer she had made a new life for herself...But unfortunately the past won't stay in the past and it could
be the one thing that would destroy everything good in her life..She was always on alert and couldn't allow to let her guard down.
Michael is the healer of the pride and as soon as he sees Kylie he knows she is his fated mate..But he is too afraid to tell her and watches her in the shadows,until Uncle Uzzi comes to the pride and helps to get things moving between them.
Fated mates are undeniable and there is no escaping it so when Kylie finally excepts her fate the explosion of passion between them is electric.
But then disaster strikes..
I Love C.D Gorri's imagination and how she draws you into her stories with action,romance and steam.
I find myself being attached to the characters in the Maverick pride world and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book.
Magnificent.
